I checked your email address (email@example.com) and it is in our bounce list. You can check this article/guide on: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications. It has the information needed why you're not getting notification emails and also the reasons why the email address is being added to the bounce list. Here are some of the reasons:
1. Mailbox is full
2. Email address is non-existent
3. Incorrect email address
4. Blocked by your email provider
The bounce list is a feature wherein the email address will be added to the list of the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient. One of the purposes of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients.
I have now removed the email address in the bounce list. See image below:

Thanks John! I am going to talk to my email provider to see if there are any issues in their end. Are you able to remove firstname.lastname@example.org as well?

The email address (email@example.com) is in our bounce list. I have now removed it from our bounce list so you can start receiving notifications email.
