I have created a form for a company called Little wild ones. The forms look great, but when I receive the completed form, some of the fields are missing. I can see the amount payable by client but not the selected products and quantity.
Please assist urgently

It appears that you made some changes in the Notification template and then later made some changes in the form fields that broke the custom Email Notification.
To resolve the issue, create a new notification and the correct fields name will appear again in the notification fixing the issue.
I would suggest you to check the new notification, without making any custom changes first.
