Why Am i out of Space

I thought this was a free form website, I only have 2 forms and it was deleted from my webpage Tell me what I need to do about this. 

Your account is currently over limit for file storage.  To reduce the total, simply delete some of your submissions that have large files attached.  The following thread has great information on how to delete submission while keeping the form:
