I have Flash video on my site. After I embed the form using your tags "embed" or "feedback" or "lightbox" the form always stand after flash video.

I tried to use z-index for div where flash installed, then I tried to apply the method for flash.

Nothing! Jotform is still on the background! Now I had to use the tag "source" that all is well displayed.

How can I fix this problem?

This must be a problem about the flash video.

Try this link: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14201.html It may help you.

    Editing HTML code manually

To edit an existing HTML page, add the WMODE parameters to the HTML code.

Add the following parameter to the OBJECT tag:
<param name="wmode" value="transparent"> Add the following parameter to the EMBED tag: wmode="transparent"

    The problem resolved!

The error occured because I did not include  wmode="transparent"  into the EMBED tag

Parameters of OBJECT were included, but this was not enough.

    Great thanks!
