We were charged for a subscription but do not have an account

    Hallo, 

    Es wurde 21,41€ von meinem Konto abgebucht.  Ich bitte sie den Betrag zu stornieren. Ich weiß von nichts.

    Is there someone in your organization that may have a JotForm account?  I checked for any accounts associated with your information and was unable to find any.  If you could provide more details regarding the payment, we will be happy to see what we can find.  If we can locate the account, we will cancel the subscription and refund your payment.
