    Why has my account been suspended?

    I would like to know how why my account has been suspended and to re-activate it immediately. Highly inconvenient!!!

    Upon inspection of your account, I found that it got suspended because your form ID 70455317114247 named "Passenger Information Form" is collecting credit card information, in violation of our terms of use.

    Sorry I was not aware of that, I will have a read up on what will work for me as a Travel Agent I don't accept the payments but process them for my clients, so only require the details, not a payment.

    Could't you just delete the form or at least notify me, instead of blocking me from all my forms. If I can get back in can amend it. Please un-suspend my account so I can do so.
