HELP! My form is broken

    When loading, the form I get

    Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize a part of your form correctly.

    and I am unable to reload the page. Is there a way to expedite this request, the form has been published live for registration.

    We bug that caused forms to not be editable in V4.  It has been fixed and you can now edit forms once again.  Apologies for the down time.
