    When I try to edit my form from, I get four error messages and cannot edit the form. Please see the screenshot for the error messages. Please tell me how/when I can edit my form again.

    We bug that caused forms to not be editable in V4.  It has been fixed and you can now edit forms once again.  Apologies for the down time.
