My Jot forms won't load for editing--why not?

I have 2 forms that I have built recently and neither will load for editing.  My colleague mentioned that our survey did not have a submit button (which is odd as I don't believe we deleted it), so I went back to edit it and I'm just receiving a bunch of errors.  I attempted to clone the form and edit using the different buttons, but nothing is loading successfully.  I attempted the other form that we have built, and that also wouldn't load for editing.
