Form i have been workign on is not able to load

Hi, I have been working on this form and now its not allowing the form to load.

I keep getting an oops message.

It seemed to be workign fine up until about 15 minutes ago. I understand there is a large amount of code, but it it was workign fine up until a few minutes ago and i only did a minor change to the content of an email.
