I have been trying to upgrade my account from Free to the Bronze level and it is not letting me, keeps saying my card is declined however it works anywhere else. Also I'm not able to access my forms as well to edit, publish, etc. And when I look up my account details, my information is all incorrect. Such as number of submissions, payment totals, number of form views left, etc. Thank you

We bug that caused forms to not be editable in V4. It has been fixed and you can now edit forms once again. Apologies for the down time.
