Is it possible to receive a text message once the form is submitted?

Is it possible to receive a text message alert when  a form has been submitted.

It is possible to receive a text message on your mobile phone by using the Email to cell-phone feature. Most of the telecom operators support this feature and you can text an email by using the phonenumber@telecomservice.service format. You may setup a new notification on your form and setup your mobile-email address as the recipient so that it should be delivered to your mobile.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that JotForm is also having a mobile app for Android and iPhone that you may consider. These apps will sync the form submissions live and alert when you have received a submission for your forms.
