I have two emails saying two customers ordered and paid but the money isn't in square or in my bank account, what did i do wrong???

I see two of your submissions that have payments in them. Did you check with Square what happened with these payments? Since all payment transactions are happening on Payment processor's side.
You can use transaction IDs in your submissions to check further.
