I am not receiving notification emails for submissions that are incomplete or for submissions that were incomplete but I have forced through.
I was receiving these automatically, but now they are not coming through at all. Today I had several submissions that were marked as incomplete but did not receive a notification. I went into JotForm and forced them through without payment but even after that I never got notification emails.

When a submissions lands in the Incomplete Payments dashboard, you need to click on the "Complete Submission" button in order to trigger the notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments
Note: Completing a submissions will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with.
