Estou com alguns problemas: não consigo acessar minha conta, não recebo confirmação nenhuma por e-mail, não consigo alterar minha senha pois não recebo contato e meus formulários não funcionam.

It looks like our phishing detector mistook one of your forms as a phishing form. This resulted in your account being suspended. Since your forms look to be within on our terms of use, I activated your account and whitelisted the form. You should be able to use your forms once again.
The password reset emails look to have gone through. Check your spam/junkmail inbox.
