I asked this question today. I followed your guide.
I did already well, but it does'nt work.
Need further help.

I checked your form and there are conditions set up associated with your autoresponder. Emails with conditions associated with them will only be sent if the condition is met. If you would like the autoresponder to send each time, create on without and conditions associated with it.

It was tested with met condition.
I removed all available conditions. but it still does'nt work. Sorry.

I did check your form and find that you still have conditions added in your form to send auto-responder email. Please check the screenshot below:
You have added condition to send form auto-responder email to following email addresses:
Your form is not configured to send auto-responder email to the user who submitted the form. I would suggest you to please add a new form auto-responder email alert and set the "Recipient Email" to "Email" field of your form.
