We're experiencing a delay on our emails at the moment, so it may take some time for you to get your auto-responder delivered. I've also noticed it happens only with some domains, I've tested with a G Suite email address and I received the email, while I've tested with a Hotmail account I did not receive the email yet although it shows as sent on the email logs:
Our developers are already aware of the this; however, I would also suggest you to check if the email address you're testing is not in our bounce list, this guide will help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Also, do note that you should submit your form in order to send the emails to the correct email addresses, otherwise they will be sent to the address set up in your account.
