Not receiving email notifications

    My test emails from my new contact form are working, however, I am not getting submissions from my website.  I previously had a web developer create a form but that has been deleted and I created a new one with my account.  My web person said she deleted the forms.  Not sure what the problem is....

    The reason is that you are using your own SMTP settings, and these are failing. Instead, set the sender email address as noreply@formresponse.com or noreply@jotform.com
