4 days ago I did a test email and it arrived immediately.. today I did a test and it still hasn't arrived after 2 hours. I have checked the bounced email and I've made sure that it is the norelply email as well.
Any other suggestions?

By the way, you might want to consider using your Gmail SMTP for now to resolve this issue.
