I've been using my form to take bookings today and have been told by customers they're not receiving a confirmation email. I've set up the autoresponder email (I think) but I must be doing something wrong, because I'm receiving email notifications of new sign ups but customers aren't getting their automatic confirmation email (I've tested it twice by booking a space myself).
Please can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
We have an issue earlier with the email notifications being delayed. The emails were being delivered but were just delayed. We already reported this issue to our backend team. We will let you know if this has been fixed.
Please also ask the users of your form to double check the spam folder and mark them as NOT SPAM if that is the case.
