How To Remove Submit Captcha

Hi there,

I have gone through the various threads about this issue - I have 2 forms on my page, the first one is fine, I initially had the captcha issue after submission (when it was the only form on the page) and managed to sort it out - but I can't remember what I did!  

I have a second form which is slightly different but can't seem to get it working without the captcha appearing after form submit. As mentioned, I have tried the suggestions on other threads to no avail - can anyone help? Thanks, my page is

If you publish 2 forms on the same website page it will have issue.

What I suggest you do is remove first the forms on the website and make sure to publish only 1 form on the same page. If you need to publish another form, it should be on a different page.
