Please take a look at my form. I didnt change anything. I also forgot my password and tried to reset it. I never received an email to reset password. Help!

I have just tested your form and I can see it works fine, when I clicked on the submit button and it went through without any problem.
Could you please provide us more details about the issue you're experiencing?
I've also checked the email address associated to your account and I can see emails are sent without any problem (p*******e@t********l.com). Please, try to reset your password using your username teenypixelcom, the email should be sent without any problem, you may also check your spam or junk folders since the email may have ended up there.
