    I'd like to be able to change the font of the response to match that of the question?

    i.e.

    Name (Arial) - Sarah (in Arial to match, rather then the serif font that is currently used to fill in the form blanks?)

    You most certainly can. The theme used for the form in question is Paper Grey and as such, styles belonging to that theme are cascading into the form from the relevant stylesheet (http://jotform.us/css/styles/paper_grey.css?3.0.3661) which contains the following rule:

    .form-textbox,
    .form-textarea,
    .form-upload,
    .form-dropdown,
    .form-matrix-column-headers,
    .form-matrix-row-headers,
    .form-matrix-values {
    color: #333333;
    font-family: Courier;
    font-size: 14px;
    font-weight: bold;
    border: 1px solid #999999;
    background: transparent;
    }

    The highlighted declarations need to be overriden to suit your preference. This can be done by injecting the following rule:

    .form-textbox,
    .form-textarea,
    .form-dropdown {
    font-family: Arial;
    font-size: 12px;
    font-weight: normal;
    }
