My form has been moved and I am now having problems accessing files uploaded to the form by users

I have checked the form submissions, and the files uploaded seems to be accessible without any issue. Were you able to fix the issue and access the files now? If you are receiving any error on a specific file, please provide us with the URL of the file so that we can investigate the issue further.

I am still unable to access the files - can you help please as I need them urgently - I get error message 404 - the URL is as follows - https://form.jotformpro.com/63476431092961

I checked the file from the submission you provided and unfortunately, the file is not there. It's most probably not fully uploaded or it was interrupted before it was completely uploaded. So the only way is re-upload of the file.
One way to prevent this would be enabling of the multiple uploads:
