Encrypted messaged

I'm trying to read the submissions I've received but they are encrypted and I can't find a way to decrypt them so I can read them. 

Please note that disabling encryption in your form will not decrypt the previous submission data. It will only ensure that new submissions are not encrypted.

Are you able to see the key file "jotform.key" in your desktop? If you are able to see the key file. I would suggest you to please upload the private key again and then you should be able to view submissions.
