    Hallo, warum ist die Email, welche ich nach einem Eintrag erhalte, nicht mehr auf Deutsch?

    do you mean that you've received an email notification in another language ? 

    can you forward us this email to this email address: jotformsupport@gmail.com ?

    in the subject line insert: FOR ITALYTECH.

    Hi, I've received your email.

     

    I can see that your form ID 21771657457362 contains two email notifications (1 email notification and 1 autoresponder).

    Both are set in English. Then it's normal that you receive email notification in English Language.

    However I suggest you to set JotForm Language in Deutsch and change your email notifications.

    If you want I can try to do it for you but I don't speak Deutsch, then I can use a Translator.

    Hello
    The language was not English but Dutch or something! So well I do not know the language!
    If you tell me where I can change the language, I'll do this myself!
    Incidentally, I use a translator too! ;)

    Hi Moni,

    You can try to remove the current Notification/AutoResponder and re-create it. It should automatically follow the field names which is on your prefered language.
