Need to enable disabled form

My form titled "Maroon Bel Canto Children's Chorus - Festival Summer Camp" has been disabled, but now will not enable, despite repeated efforts to get it to do so.  I've also been attempting to clone this form, but that won't work either.  I get a "Working" tan bar at the top of the page, but it never moves on past this point.  I've been trying since Friday morning, and no luck.

UPDATE:  The Enable button under the More tab on the list of of forms (shown above) does NOT work, either from More at the top of the page or More listed to the right of the form title on the list.  I had to update the form, go in through Preferences, and select Enable there to enable the form, but it is working now.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are glad that the issue is now resolved according to your updated post by enabling it in the Preferences setting under the Form Status.

We recently implemented the number of forms limit. Here's a related article: https://www.jotform.com/blog/242-Upcoming-Changes-to-JotForm-Starter-Guest-Plan-Users-September-19-2016.

Under the Free plan, you can only have 5 forms. You can keep the current forms (59) that you have since you are already a member prior to the limits. These forms will still work normally. If you want to create more forms, clone or restore deleted forms, you need to upgrade to a higher plan.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have questions. Thank you.

    Hi John,

Are you able to help me here?  In your response above, I see that I can keep the current forms that I have since I was already a member prior to the account limits being put in place and that "THESE FORMS WILL STILL WORK NORMALLY."  Unfortunately, I'm finding this NOT to be the case.  I know have submission limits and payment limits on my forms, so they are most definitely NOT working normally and have been disabled, as the forms have "exceeded its allocated quota."  I need these forms to be re-enabled immediately, as I have people trying to complete them, but are locked out.

I submitted a request on the forum an hour ago and also sent an email, but haven't received a response yet.

I've even tried upgrading to the Bronze plan, but I was only able to upgrade my individual account, and I'm apparently a sub-user on the master account.  The master account was set up by someone who no longer works with our nonprofit.  All of the forms that I use for our nonprofit are under this master account.  Help!

I have updated your second thread. It looks like that the aspenmusic account was upgraded too and the issue is solved.

If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.
