i tried to create autoresponder detail edit, but unfortunately my client cannot receive the email after completing submission, please helpPage URL:

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I created a clone version of your form in my account to try to reproduce the issue, however, I can't seem to reproduce it and the autoresponder email set in the form is always sent to the email address that I put in the email field immediately after a successful submission.
If, possible, can you provide us the submission that was received but the email autoresponder was not sent? You can also provide us the email address of your client. (For privacy, I have set this thread as private so you and the support team can only view/access it.)
