How to add two payment method in form?

Also, is there a way to feature two payment methods on the one form other than the way I’ve set it up? I’m not particularly fond of having users submit an EFT payment, then having to submit the form – I’d prefer the bottom submit button to submit both the payment and form details (like PayPal is currently set up)

Please note that it is not possible to add more than one payment tool in one form but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement.
