You already have autoresponder message in your form but your email field is not set as the recipient. Follow the steps below to correct it, so your form users will receive the autoresponder message once they submit the form.
Here's how to edit your autoresponder message:
1. Go to Settings > Emails and Edit the Autoresponder
2. Go to Recipients tab then set the email field from your form as the Recipient Email.
