Can I have an item pre-selected based off a time input?

Hello, so to give you a better understanding of my question, we are an airport shuttle company. Is there a way to have an item pre-selected based off of the passengers flight time? for example if they choose any time between 8:00 Am - 9:00 AM the form would automatically select a hidden form "question"?

Set up a condition like the following:

I made a simply Yes/No radio button and set up conditions like the above.  If the time selected is between 8am and 9am, the button will be set to "Yes". Here is how the form works:
