Several of my Members have complained that they didn't get an automatic email response. I have checked that this option is turned on. How can I check the validity of this complaint?

Unfortunately, we have experienced a little delay with emails particularly with Gmail and Hotmail. However, the issue is now resolved and the emails should be delivering without any issue. You may check the email history log right from your account settings by following the steps provided in the guide below:
