how do I display my form on an iPad at a stand alone kiosk and leave it setup for people to register and not accidentally close out the page?

Since forms need to be loaded in a web browser, it is always possible for the user to close the browser or navigate away from the form.  It is not possible to prevent doing so from within the form.
