Why was I charged $190 for a $19 account?

On March 12, 2017 my credit card was charged $190 for a 'Silver' $19/mo account. Last 4 of the Credit card is 2100. 

I checked our billing logs and it looks like you had created a yearly Bronze subscription on March 12th.  This subscription is $190 per year.  If you have selected yearly instead of monthly, let us know.  We can issue you a refund and cancel the yearly subscription.  You can then sign up for the correct subscription.
