Lost sub-account

We have a sub-account for jskube@gavc-il.org but she recently lost access to some of our forms, and appears to be a stand-alone free account for some strange reason. She has a form that is live and receiving responses, and can not afford to lose it. She received a message that said her "free account was going to be shut down Wednesday". Could someone possibly re-merge her account to our master? Email for master is jmorrison@gavc-il.org and user is gavc_JD... please please please, without losing the form or access to the active Ag titled form she has?

    Thanks in advance

    JD

The email address (jskub*@gavc.il.org) you provided is associated with the account username jskube. The account reached the monthly submission limits of 100 per free account. The monthly limits always reset back to 0 every first day of the month.

Yes, that is possible. We can move the form along with the submissions to the account of gavc_JD. As per your request, I have now moved the form to the account of gavc_JD

Hope that helps. If you have questions, please contact us again.

Thank you, you saved our form... now can we get some help to get that user's account re-added as a subaccount so that she can create forms without the "free" limitations? I created a second account email : jmskube@gavc-il.org and it's not attaching. Can you attach email: jmskube@gavc-il.org and user : jmskube to our account as a sub-account?

    Thanks

    Hello JD,

The email address is already in your list. You may review your sub users by visiting the users tab of your Account page or by visiting this link (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users)

I'm not sure exactly what happened but the user account jmskube attached to that email, is showing as a free account rather than a sub account of our paid subscription. Can it be promoted to a sub account so that she can create forms and not have the limitations of a free account?

    Thanks

    JD

The purpose of having a sub-user account is to share forms to another user. A sub-user can be under the Free plan or Paid plan.

This account (jmskube@gavc-il.org) is under the Free plan. He is a sub-user of your account because the forms are shared to him.

All the limits will be applied to the main account where the form belongs to. He just needs to create a form inside the Shared Folder.

Please check this user guide for more information: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please message us again. Thank you.
