Why does one of the forms that I created not show up?

I am receiving submissions via email from the form I created but it does not show up in my forms in jot form.

Could you please provide us the link to your form? 

May be that you created your form under a guest account and this may be why you cannot find the form when you log in. 

You may also provide us with some info you received and the email where you're receiving the submissions, we will check on our logs and try to locate the form from our end.
