It seems we have temporary issue with our jotformz.com domain on specific location at this time.
Although I could not reproduce the same issue on my side. I was able to view the form on my browser without any security certificate error showing.
If you continue to have issue using the location domain, please try using the other domain URL also. Try this one https://www.jotform.com/form/70116267618658
I will also forward this thread to our higher team support so that they can investigate the issue with jotformz.com domain.

We checked your forms for possible problems but couldn't found any issues.
This might be related your users internet service providers. I tried with several US VPN to reproduce the issue with no luck.
Could you please let us know primary locations of your users? We need to investigate it further.
