    Adding images to forms using an image field results in server errors

    everytime I try to upload an image I get a server error when I drag and drop the file.  Also when I try to insert the file is stays in the insert loop and never goes back to the jotform.

    I tested this on my end and I am able to reproduce the issue:

    I will forward this to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know as soon as it has been fixed.

    In the mean time, if you host the file elsewhere and insert the link, it will work.

    We just received news from our developers that this is now fixed. Please try again.

    If it is still not working, try the following:

    1. First, try clearing your form's cache

    2. If that does not work, try clearing your browser's cache instead. 

    3. If those did not work, try deleting the image field and add a new one.


    Let us know if that works.
