Form notification not received

    I completed a new form and submitted. It's not appearing in my email. We have the free plan. Right now, we don't anticipate more than 3 or 4 forms.

    I have tried sending a test submission to your form and see that the notification has been sent to the recipient email addresses without any issue from our end.
