My form does not work anymore

    Hi guys,

    I created my 1st form. It does work for a few hours but now it does not work anymore it says::

    Form not found
    This form is disabled.

    Your account was previously auto-suspended by the Anti-Phishing Tool. That's why your forms have been disabled. However. I can see that your account now is in good standing and your forms are now accessible.

    As per further checking, I didn't see any form fields that violates our Terms of Use. Perhaps this is just regarded as false positive. With that in mind, I have whitelisted your form.
