Suddenly all my form submissions show 0 while there were many

One day I logged in to work on a new form, but noticed that all my submissions on other forms where gone and show 0 submission. Please help me revert that if possible. Thanks!

I did check your account and found that you altogether have 756 submissions across all your forms. The form which you have highlighted in your screenshot does not have any submissions. Have you manually deleted submission from this form?
