User cannot see submissions

    I have set up a user on my account


    When he looks at submissions all the data is blank!

    If you have selected the option to use the EU datacenter to store your data in the account settings, the sub-users will also be required to select the same data center in order to view the data.

    Please make sure that your account and the sub-account user are having the same option selected.
