Duplication of submissions

    We receive up to 4 submissions from the same person - It is clear looking at submissions in jotform that they have either submitted their details 4 times or there is something else going on... a bug?

    Generally, the submissions are duplicated when the iframe section of the form is refreshed after submitting the form. Could you check the time variance and the IP address of the duplicated submissions received so that you may be able to find if the are actually submitted multiple times? If the submissions are being duplicated for any particular person, there may be an issue with the browser at the user's end in which you may check with this.
