And this is the second time that my form preview doesn't work? It has happened before and you solve this. I don't understand why this is happening? Can you check please :(

Please note that some Turkey based internet service provider has still blocked our domain www.jotformeu.com.
To solve this problem, I would suggest you to please access your form with www.jotform.com URL and you should be able to preview your forms. Please click on the following URL to view your form:

As my colleague Ashwin said, unfortunately some of the ISPs are blocking jotformeu domain. While we are working on this issue we also took temporary cautions like directing Turkey based forms' URLs to jotform.co. But this precaution was affecting the newly created forms.
After your request we also forced older forms' URLs to jotform.co. Your preview function should be working as intended now. Please let us know if you are still having troubles regarding this issue,
