How can I copy a page in a form?

    I am repeating the same fields on several pages, recording shareholders of a company. How can I copy the page or all the fields in it, to a new page?

    You can easily duplicate fields by doing the following:

    1- Hold down the COMMAND key (MAC) or CTRL (PC), and select a field or multiple fields.

    2- A small menu will appear at the top of the page, with a few options to delete, duplicate, require, or hide. 

    3- click on DUPLICATE.

    4- A small drop down menu will appear giving you options as to where to place your duplicated fields.

    please note that you can also select all the fields in your page by clicking on SELECT ALL.
