I have had several people contact me to tell me that when they try to submit their credit card information they get an error message "please fill in credit card information." I've contacted Authorize.net and they feel it is a jotform error because it never passes submission.
It's happening on two different forms that I know of.

That error means that the users did not enter the credit card information to make the payment:
Whenever they select a product, they need to make sure fill all the information. Let us know if you need more help.
- ASNA123Answered on March 22, 2017 at 03:46 PMThat’s just it. All of them HAVE entered their credit card numbers. With dashes, without dashes, with spaces, without spaces, etc. They have been very creative.

Please ask them to just enter the 16 digits credit card number, without spaces, or dashes. Also, contact your authorize.net support to make sure your credentials are correct. You might need to create another transaction key.
