Cannot access my account/form

    Hi - I am unable to access my account that is currently listed under an old email address (aphillips@ndaa.org). It says "auto suspend" when I try to log in. Because it is associated with an old email that no longer exists, I cannot do a password reset. How can I access my account and the form that is in it? Thank you!

    Hello,

    I checked the account and found it is auto suspended due that our anti-phishing filter is triggering the words 'Password' you have included in your form "Clone of [Imported Form] Access to Webinars on Prosecuting Animal Cruelty".

    Since collecting this type of information in plain text field is considered as a violation to our Terms of Use, when any type of login credential terms or personal sensitive information is included in the forms, the anti-phishing filter gets alert, resulting in having the account suspended as in your case.

    I have slightly modified the field on the form and reactivate your account. Please refrain from this to prevent a further potencial suspension of your account.
