Did not receive submissions - Need Help ASAP

Hello!

I did not receive 2 submission within the last 72 hours. The individuals who completed the forms said they got the "thank you" screen but not the confirmation email. The submissions also did not show up in the account. The forms are applications and I need them asap. Someone please help!
