I linked the paypal to the form, how do I find the information? Does it update periodically?Page URL:

I checked your account and I saw 2 incomplete payments. Here's a guide on How-to-view-incomplete-payments.
Please take note that if the user did not complete the payment or closes the browser after being redirected to the PayPal check out page, it will be consider as an Incomplete Payment. Please check this user guide: Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.
Also, please be aware that completing the incomplete payment submissions will not process any payments.
I checked your PayPal integration and I can verify that it is configured correctly. You can test it by doing an actual submission.

So if they do everything right, how long would it stay marked incomplete?

It will be marked as an Incomplete Payment until you complete the submission. Please be reminded that completing the submission will not process any payments. It will just trigger the email notification and will be considered as a regular submission.
