We use jotform to collect docs for tax reports for our customer.
The upload of the docs on the form is OK
We use box to archive those docs.
The push of docs uploaded in the form to the box folder is not working (see image attached) : folder is created but no docs (except 1 which is the form as pdf) is transfered.
Could you help us !

Your form seems to be deleted. I have tested the Box integration with my test form, but I was not able to reproduce the issues, uploaded files were transferred to my Box account.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
